Inspector Tech went above and beyond with their customer service to me in determining my Bluetooth keyboard had malfunctioned. As I am travelling NZ at present using my IMac to play DVD introducing 'Anam Cara Care Centre - Reverie Harp Heart & Soul Healing' into every Province and the $'s go out faster than they come in ....I am so appreciative and grateful Inspector Tech were very personable, helpful and gave this service complimentary.
I ordered a 'wired keyboard' from Apple Store and it was delivered first thing next morning so I am back online and catching up.... Thank you Inspector Tech. You have restored my faith that not everything in business is about money. Oh and I have informed Apple Support NZ if they have another enquiry from someone in Petone.... Inspector Tech would be my first choice ! Thank you.

I'm am much appreciated for the IT team for trying to get my SSD running again and even tho it was unsuccessful they even tried getting the data recovery but as that was unsuccessful I'm so great full they tried there hardest to get it they kept in contact with me through the whole process. So thanking use alot for your time and patience.

Stoked! These guys are the business. Had a laptop with 99 tabs open and music that wouldn't stop playing, who knows where from. They sorted all the unwanted friend requests from the Nigerian Prince, he kept offering millions of dollars in exchange for my bank account no! That Prince definitely knew my weakness for laundered money. IT Today got it right!

Absolutely brilliant. Had a particularly irritating issue with my laptop which I genuinely thought was going to cause me to need to buy a whole new laptop - was no trouble for Steve, had it up and running less than 24 hours after dropping it off for a look. All issues fixed and running well now and priced a lot better than I was expecting! Will definitely return if I have any future problems! Thanks heaps 😊

Excellent experience. I went in for problem with my HP Notebook’s wifi. The issue was identified quickly and charged me nothing as he found (such a shame i didn’t get the name of the person who helped me) that the wifi module needs replacement. Also advised me about where and how to get it. Highly recommend IT today for all your computer repair work.

Outstanding service, best customer experience - expertise, customer service, and follow through. What was ultimately a terminal video card fault on our iMac was fully explained, and options outlined. A thorough step-by-step that we understood, and extra time and alternatives explored. In the end we had a very large 27" paperweight, but came away with precious drives and RAM installed on another iMac - up and working, school projects and design work saved. Great price for an excellent experience. Many thanks Steve.
